Do you remember The Alpha Persona? No? Sucks to be you, because TAP was a great (though somewhat short-lived) blog that offered easily-digestible and actionable dating and lifestyle advice. Even though TAP is dead and buried, there’s a ray of light at the end of the virtual crypt.
Remy Sheppard, former author of The Alpha Persona, happens to be a good buddy of mine. For real, I even have his phone number. Here’s a picture of us talking.

Anyway, Remy took a break from telling me phone-based cat stories and he’s all like “Yo homie, I got this fresh new blog on the actual internet called Conquering Your Life. I need you to draw me a logo. It’s gotta have a helmet cuz helmets are badass.” Then I’m all like “I got you bro.” I spent well over 3 minutes drawing a masterpiece. Check it out:
I thought it was pretty sick but Remy called me up again and he’s all like “My man, that’s a good try but stop smoking meth out of a bong and draw me something that doesn’t suck total shit.” Sometimes clients are a pain in the ass, but you gotta buckle down and really reach for that next level of creativity by demanding money. After weeks of painstaking helmet research, I finally finished up the new, more better Conquering Your Life logo:
As you can see, the helmet adds +1 defense and +5 legitimacy to Remy’s blog and the fancy gold lettering helps people think he’s rich or something.
