What’s on your Saturday lifting playlist?
While lifting on a Saturday is rare for this fella, general Friday lifting (arm day II of the week) has been a lot of The Bronx. Mostly IV as of late.
Oh man, I haven’t listened to The Bronx in a couple of years. I had their first album way back in the day. May need to dust it off and give it a spin.
